Kylie Jenner had to scratch the back of Timothée Chalamet’s head like a nervous sighthound because he was so stiff.
Jenner and Chalamet’s romance was initially mentioned in tabloids in April. The pair allegedly met through the fashion designer Haider Ackermann, and their relationship was made public after they were caught on camera kissing at a Beyoncé event. A psychological rupture has occurred in the Chalamet stardom as a result of the unusual pairing.
One fan account posted an Instagram that read: “If you’re feeling distressed by the video, it’s OK. But please take care of yourself. Step away from social media for a couple of days.”
The concept of Elio (Chalamet’s delicate, soulful, and wholly fictitious character in Call Me by Your Name) falling for a reality TV star seems to have disappointed some people. But like many other newlyweds, the pair is starting to communicate their union through their attire, as seen by the fact that they are seated next to each other in the VIP box’s rear row wearing identical rectangle sunglasses and all-black clothing.
The easiest way to interpret Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s costumes is as a touch-free PDA: a method to practically wear each other in public, even though they haven’t yet reached Kravis-levels of statement-making.
