Kanye West’s Rep Denies Rapper Was Kicked Out of Super Bowl by Taylor Swift

A rumor that Kanye West was removed from the Super Bowl by Taylor Swift has been debunked by the rapper’s representative. The rep told Forbes that the story was “completely fabricated” and “not true”.

The rumor originated from a podcast episode by former NFL player Brandon Marshall, who said he witnessed the incident at the Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium on Sunday.

He alleged that West had bought seat tickets in front of Swift’s suite to leverage her star power, but the Bad Blood singer got annoyed and had him ejected.

Kanye West and Taylor Swift have a long-standing feud that dates back to 2009, when West interrupted her acceptance speech at the MTV VMAs. The feud escalated in 2016, when the rapper released a song called “Famous” that included a derogatory line about her.

Kim Kardashian, West’s ex-wife, posted a video of a phone call that seemed to show Swift approving the line, but the full phone call later revealed that she actually never consented to it.

Taylor Swift was at the Super Bowl to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce, who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs won the game against the San Francisco 49ers, with a score of 25-22.
