Grammys 2024: SZA, Victoria Monét and Phoebe Bridgers Lead the Nominations

The nominations list for the 2024 Grammys have been released by the Recording Academy and the award ceremony is set to take place on Sunday, Feb. 4th, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

The show, hosted by Trevor Noah, will air live on CBS and Paramount+, and will celebrate the best in music from the past year.

The event is already shaping up to be exciting and very competitive, with some of the most popular and acclaimed artists in the running for the prestigious awards.

SZA has 9 nominations across various categories like Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Vocal Album, making her the most nominated artist for this year’s Grammys. She is followed closely by Victoria Monét and Phoebe Bridgers with seven nominations each.

Also, Taylor Swift with six nominations is poised to make history, as she could become the first female artist to win Album of the Year four times, after previously winning for Fearless, 1989, and Folklore.

Billie Eilish swept up six major nominations as well, and is looking to achieve success with “What Was I Made For?”, one of the popular soundtracks from the box office hit “Barbie”.

Other artists who received multiple nominations in the 2024 Grammys list include Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus, Brandy Clark, Boygenius and Jon Batiste.

The winners will be decided by the voting members of the Recording Academy, who will cast their ballots from Dec. 14th, 2023 to Jan. 4th, 2024. Don’t miss the chance to see who will take home the gold and who will make history at the 66th Grammy Awards.
