Reba McEntire to Sing the National Anthem at the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas

Reba McEntire is ready to wow the audience with her powerful voice and patriotic spirit at the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas.

She will be wearing an outfit designed by Ralph Lauren for her performance, and will be joined by other musical stars such as Post Malone, who will sing “America The Beautiful”, Andra Day, who will sing “Lift Every Voice and Sing”, and Usher, who will headline the halftime show.

The country music legend and coach on The Voice has had a long and successful career in the music industry, winning three Grammy Awards, 16 Academy of Country Music Awards, and 14 American Music Awards, among many other honors. She is also the only female country star to have a No. 1 hit in four consecutive decades, from the 1980s to the 2010s.

Reba McEntire, 68, revealed that she agreed to sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl thanks to her boyfriend, actor Rex Linn, 67, who is a huge football fan. She said that he encouraged her to accept the gig, and that he would be cheering her on from the sidelines.

McEntire was born and raised in Oklahoma, and learned how to drive when she was only five years old, helping her father feed the cattle on their ranch. She started singing in a band with her siblings when she was in the ninth grade, and got her big break when she sang the national anthem at the 1974 National Finals Rodeo.
