The Rams have called up a few offensive players from the practice squad for Monday night’s game against the Bengals.

Both wide receiver Austin Trammell and running back Royce Freeman have been promoted, according to the organization. Both players will join the practice squad once more.

Freeman took part in nine special teams plays in the 49ers defeat last Sunday. He will replace Cam Akers in a backfield that also includes Zach Evans, Kyren Williams, Ronnie Rivers, and a sixth-round pick named Zach Evans. Last week, Akers was traded to the Vikings.

Trammell returned one kick for 20 yards last week .He participated in six games for the Rams last year and took one offensive snap.

Puka Nacua, a wide receiver for the Rams, had an oblique injury and was listed as questionable, but head coach Sean McVay said Nacua is likely to play.
