Nikki Haley On Fire As GOP Wraps Up Second Debate

Nikki Haley was on fire at the second GOP debate that took place at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif., where seven Republicans showed up ready to fight.

In the last debate, there were right candidates, including former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson who failed to qualify this time.

Former president Donald Trump also skipped this debate, like the last time.

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley who had steadily been carving a niche for herself had heated exchanges with both DeSantis and South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott over energy policy.

During her time in South Carolina’s top office in 2012, Nikki appointed Tim Scott to the Senate. In the debate, she claimed that he had squandered repeated opportunities to rein in spending.

She also called for ending normal trade relations with China until the fentanyl supply is cut off and said “a win for Russia is a win for China.”

DeSantis called out Trump, who hosted a rally in Michigan for not participating in the debate.

“Donald Trump is missing in action,” DeSantis said. “He should be on this stage tonight.”
