Another car accident involving Gary Busey has occurred.

Busey is suspected of rear-ending a woman’s car in an alleged hit-and-run, which the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Department is looking into.

Busey was included in the police report that was submitted on September 6 according to a spokeswoman who confirmed the information to EW.

In a video that TMZ obtained on September 5, the unnamed lady said the Oscar-nominated actor struck her as he was leaving a Malibu shopping center and then fled the scene.

A video purportedly shows Busey and the woman traveling along the PCH as she begs for his contact information via an open window.

The woman finally caught up with him in a parking lot, where the action then cuts.

Busey claims to have Progressive insurance while standing in front of his automobile, but he declines to provide more details since he’s “private.” She observes that his car is covered in scratches.

“No, you rear-ended me! You cannot strike someone before leaving. In the Buddy Holly actor’s automobile, the Beach Boys song “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” can be heard playing loudly, in response to the accuser’s cries.

A happy song to accompany one’s second hit-and-run alleged incident (during which he is believed to have struck and injured a pedestrian while backing out of a Malibu parking lot). Busey seemed to be having just another Tuesday.
